		<description>Agreed. In fact, of the top three biggest spenders (Cowboys, Seahawks, and Redskins), only Seattle has seen recent playoff success.

His spending doesn&#039;t indicate success, but it does show dedication. I&#039;d rather have an owner who tries and isn&#039;t afraid to spend additional money than one who doesn&#039;t. He brings in the right people for front office positions, which ensures his money won&#039;t go to waste.

In my opinion, Seattle has been much better off with Paul Allen. Without him, the team would probably be playing in Los Angeles right now.</description>
