Seattle Seahawks Breaking News: Matt Hasselbeck Will NOT be Returing

Danny Oneill, a Seattle Times Blogger, recently reported that QB Matt Hasselbeck will NOT be returning to the Seattle Seahawks for the 2010-11 NFL season.  There aren’t many details to share right now, but we will update ‘Hawks fans with any new information as soon as it becomes available. Since taking over as full-time starter in 2003, the 35-year-old Hasselbeck,  has led the Seahawks to six playoff appearances and one highly controversial Super Bowl appearance. He has also been selected to the Pro Bowl three times. Thank you for everything you have done for the team Matt, you will be greatly missed.
