Taking Wing

Yesterday was a big day for all NFL teams, as each had to get their roster down to 53 players. This means there’s a lot of reading material all around the web that Seahawk fans might find interesting.
Lets start with former TNT writer Mike Sando who now works for ESPN. His analysis of Seahawks cuts seems a little off, as he says that Mike Gibson being cut wasn’t a surprise. I disagree with that, but it’s not like it’s a huge deal. Backup offensive linemen dont usually get much playing time so hopefully it wont matter.
The guys over at The Sideline View saved me a bunch of work this morning, as they compiled the lists of the best players on offense and defense now available after yesterday’s cuts. I had planned on doing so this morning, but now I get to work on more interesting tasks.
