Ok.  12thman, I just watched the game.  Despite my enthusiasm, I want to bring the 12th man a realistic opinion.

The offense looked good, minus a few DangeRuss mistakes.  When the offense looks that good, nobody can stop Seattle.  The offense made several  mistakes however, and the Hawks suffered the pain.  The game goes in the win column, 6-1, for the first time in Hawk history.  Go Hawks.

I think we have a replacement for the worst right tackle in the NFL, but if he is the man, he needs to step up and be the man.  Arizona has a fearsome pass rush, but I can finally say that the Hawks is much better!  I also think that Seattle played their first almost complete game.  The Beast was significant, and the Seattle played with inference seldom seen.  Giacomini won’t see another snap as a Hawk starter, at least that is how I see it.

Hawk Tawk is short this week.  The Hawks have a long way way to go.  The elite class Seattle is on top of the NFC West.  Seattle is short three players who have the ability to make statements.  Seattle played with major mistakes by Russell Wilson, and still dominated.  I am afraid of what Seattle can be when everyone is healthy,  Good Molly, Go Hawks!

Russell is so well spoken, he blows me away.  A QB who makes some crappy mistakes that could have cost his team the game, and still has the composure to take his team to victory is amazing.  Russell started his career against the Cards with a loss.  He won on Thursday night Baby…did he  not?

The offense is coming around finally, and that is good to see.  But even more relieving is the defensive pass rush.  I feel like it has been forever since we’ve seen an aggressive game plan like that.

The penalties, oh the penalties.  That was the second of two truly abysmal things that happened over and over last night.  I just am left to wonder what it is going to take to keep the Hawks from shooting themselves in the foot every week.  Take away the penalties and Russell’s case of the dropsies and that would have been a blowout.  Alas, it still goes in the win column.  I have to work on this hangover thing, so that is all for now.  I will check in this weekend and Tawk to Ted while I am at it.  12thman now, 12thman forever, Go Hawks!

Good game Hawks, ugly, once again, but victorious, Go Hawks!
