Seahawks Have Highest Super Bowl Option Prices On TeamTix

The Seattle Seahawks spent the entire season as the top team in the NFC and carry that title into the playoffs. Seattle will host the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Round after the Saints defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 26-24 in the Wild Card Round. The Seahawks have the best home field advantage in the NFL and will have the luxury of playing in Seattle until the Super Bowl.

In order for the Seahawks to make the Super Bowl, they will have to defeat the Saints at home, something they did easily in Week 13 of the regular season, and either the Carolina Panthers or San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. Seattle defeated Carolina in Carolina 12-7 Week 1 and split the season series with San Francisco with each team winning at home.

Seattle is the favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl and the price to reserve face price Super Bowl tickets through TeamTix are the highest of any NFL team. For a price of $795, Seahawks fans can reserve a $1,000 face value ticket in the upper end zone level of MetLife Stadium. The low reserve price of $795 is $200 more than the second most expensive team reserve price of the Denver Broncos. Prices on TeamTix range up to a $2,500 reserve price for a $1,200 face price upper sideline level ticket. The most expensive option ranges just above the average secondary market price of $3,410 for Super Bowl tickets. TeamTix prices have been most expensive for the Seattle for the majority of the season. Click here to see all Seahawks Super Bowl ticket options from TeamTix.

The Seahawks are heavy favorites in the Divisional Round against the Saints. In Week 13, Seattle was able to easily handle the Saints in a 34-7 Monday night win. If the Seahawks can get past the Saints, they will face an opponent they have already beaten in the regular season, further making them the NFC favorites for the Super Bowl. Further aiding their chances is the Seahawks recent dominance at CenturyLink Field. SInce Russell Wilson became the starting quarterback last season, the Seahawks have lost only one home game while winning 15.
For Seattle fans confident enough in the odds of the Seahawks appearing in the Super Bowl, TeamTix reservations could be the cheapest option.
