Seahawks will wear ‘away’ jerseys at Super Bowl XLVIII

Super Bowl Jersey

The Seahawks clinched their second Super Bowl berth in franchise history when they defeated the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 on Sunday at CenturyLink Field.

Their opponent will be the Denver Broncos, the No. 1 seed from the AFC. The Broncos have the No. 1 offense in the NFL while the Seahawks boast the No. 1 defense in the league.

Nike recently released a picture of the Seahawks Super Bowl jersey, which will be the “away” uniform at MetLife Stadium on Feb. 2.

The Broncos will be the “home” team, but it is not yet clear if they will wear their blue or orange jerseys.

The Seahawks have not played on the road since Dec. 15. That game was against the New York Giants — at MetLife Stadium.
