NFL offseason: Seahawks offseason workout dates released

The NFL released the offseason schedule for the three phases of workouts on Thursday.

Here is the Seahawks schedule:

  • April 21 – May 5 – Strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation. These are the only workouts that can be performed during these two weeks.
  • May 27-29, June 2-3, June 5 and June 9-12 – Organized Team Activity (OTA) workouts. These can include on-field workouts but there can be no contact and team drills cannot be offense vs. defense.
  • June 17-19 – Mandatory minicamp. Still no live contact permitted, but teams can do 10 days of various drills including 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.

The Seahawks are one of 19 teams whose first workout day is scheduled for April 21.

The earliest scheduled day for teams to begin Phase One workouts is April 7.
