2014 NFL Draft: Seahawks select Cassius Marsh in 4th Round then trade back

The Seattle Seahawks are busy early in the 4th round, bringing in a really interesting player from UCLA and then trading back with Cincinnati to add yet another pick to their board.

That makes nine picks that the Seahawks will have this draft and they don’t lose much in terms of spots. The Bengals moved up to draft a center, so maybe an odd trade for them. But John Schneider continues to wheel and deal. I’m pretty sure this is just what helps him breathe as he seems to play the NFL Draft like a video game just pressing the trade button with everybody.

Far as Marsh is concerned, this is a very fun pickup for Seattle. Marsh is known as an inconsistent but explosive player on the edge and we know how those usually work out under Pete. A very emotional player, Marsh adds the depth that the Seahawks need at both outside linebacker and defensive end.

Stay tuned for more on the newest Seahawk later on.
