This list would exceed the 90 man roster limit? Who are they cutting or not signing from this list? Seahawks.com list 90 on roster without half the names on your list?

    • paulmcguigan1 .

The 90 man roster includes the veterans (including returning players, free agent additions, and future contracts, and a player obtained in trade for a draft pick) and certain rookies (draft picks and priority UDFAs) All have signed contracts (except Doug Baldwin who has signed a waiver to work out). The other listed rookies have work out contracts to attend the rookie mini-camp. If anyone gets picked up from the rookie mini-camp who is not already on the 90 man roster, then for each such person picked up someone has to be cut. Last year Benson Mayowa and Arceto Clark made the team, as contracted work out players, from the rookie camp. Justin Veltung did too for a time until he got cut and then became a returner for the Rams.
