Well, that escalated quickly.
The Seahawks opened up registration on Thursday morning for fans to buy their tickets to watch one of Seattle’s 12 training camp practices in July and August.
But if you waited more than 45 minutes to try to get a ticket, you were out of luck.
The Seattle Times’ Bob Condotta reported that the Seahawks sold out every single one of their 30,000 training camp spots within 45 minutes of registration opening.
See for yourself:
This really should come as no surprise to Seahawks fans, or for any other football fans for that matter.
Fresh off a Super Bowl title, the 12th Man is stoked to see their team back in action ASAP. And it only cost them the $7 transportation fee to see them this summer.
And, keep this in mind:
Since 2003, Seahawks have 85-consecutive sell outs through Week 17 of the 2012 season, including playoffs. #2012inReview

Tickets for the upcoming season at CenturyLink Field won’t go on sale for another month, but here’s fair warning — those tickets probably won’t last long either.
The Seahawks preseason will kickoff on Aug. 7 against the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field. A week later, the team will return to CenturyLink Field for their first game since 2013’s NFC Championship contest.
Seattle’s regular season opener will be on Sept. 4 against the Green Bay Packers.
The game will kickoff the NFL’s 2014 season.
The Seahawks will also host the following teams this season:
- Denver Broncos (Sept. 21)
- Dallas Cowboys (Oct. 12)
- Oakland Raiders (Nov. 2)
- New York Giants (Nov. 9)
- Arizona Cardinals (Nov. 23)
- San Francisco 49ers (Dec. 14)
- St. Louis Rams (Dec. 28)
