With Week 1 complete, we’re on to Week 2 of the NFL season. That means it is time for another edition of our NFL Power Rankings.

The rankings were tough to put together this week. There were few teams that deserved the dishonor of being in the bottom third. There were even fewer that deserved to be in the top third. There were no teams that were particularly impressive.

Overall, there were around 25 teams that looked like middle-tier squads. Parity appears to be alive and well this season.

Lets jump straight into the rankings.

Winston looked like the second coming of Ryan Leaf on Sunday. The Bucs got steamrolled, and Winston was a large part of the problem. . (14-42). Previous: 29th. Tampa Bay Bucs. 31. team. 48

53. Cleveland’s defense was supposed to be better than they showed on Sunday. Manziel still doesn’t look ready for the NFL. (10-31). Previous: 31st. Cleveland Browns. 30. team

Previous: 28th. Oakland Raiders. 29. team. 28. The new coaching staff isn’t going to be able to make up for an overall lack of roster talent. Derek Carr’s footwork doesn’t look any better than last season, and it continues to hold him back. . (13-33)

52. The Blake Bortles experiment still looks like a failure. He needs to show a lot of improvement very quickly or it’ll be another long year in Jacksonville.. (9-20). Previous: 21st. Jacksonville Jaguars. 28. team

team. 10. The Hoyer era lasted all of one half, now they have a QB controversy. Hopefully they get it figured out, because there is lots of talent elsewhere on the roster. . (20-27). Previous: 17th. Houston Texans. 27

Chicago Bears. 26. team. 57. The Bears were more competitive with the Packers than many people expected. Unfortunately, Jay Cutler’s mistakes cost them a chance at the upset. . (23-31). Previous: 26th

Previous: 30th. Tennessee Titans. 25. team. 35. Coaches did a great job of setting up Mariota to be successful. Weak competition helped, and tougher tests are ahead, but so far-so good for the Titans. (42-14)

The new offense didn’t get off to a great start. The lack of weapons on the outside is definitely concerning. . (19-31). Previous: 24th. New Orleans Saints. 24. team. 15

(26-27). Previous: 22nd. New York Giants. 23. team. 31. The Giants kept is closer than expected, but ultimately couldn’t pull of the upset. Eli Manning’s mistakes are very concerning.

San Francisco 49ers. 22. team. 42. Carlos Hyde looks like the real deal, but the rest of the offense still looks like garbage. The defense was better than expected though.. (20-3). Previous: 27th

New York Jets. 21. team. 30. The Jets took care of business, but playing the Browns tends to make any team look good. The real tests are coming up.. (31-10). Previous: 25th
