The Seattle Seahawks have 4 picks in rounds 2 and 3 today. Here’s a look at some names who could become Seahawks.

So whether you love or hate the choice of Germain Ifedi in the first round, you have to like the fact the Seahawks now have four picks to use today. They posses the 25th pick in the 2nd round, and picks 27, 32 and 35 in the third.

Needs left to address include both lines, as well as running back, quarterback and safety.

Here are five names I would be happy to hear the Seahawks add to the roster today:

KEVIN DODD, DE, Clemson

Highly productive pass rusher who has the size, length, and production (12.5 sacks last year) to fit into the Hawks DL rotation as a rookie. Known for his tenacious attitude and high motor. Was one of Hawks official pre-draft VMAC visitors. Might slip through the cracks with so many defensive line prospects falling out of the first round.

JONATHON BULLARD, DT/DE, Florida

Like Dodd, Bullard might slide due to the sheer volume of outstanding DL prospects left on the board. Also, he’s known more as a solid, steady player who can succeed for years despite not being flashy or sexy in how he goes about his business.

SHON COLEMAN, OT, Auburn

More from Seattle Seahawks Draft

Once thought of as a first round prospect, Coleman has slipped due to medical concerns (knee). Overcame Leukemia that kept him out of football his first two years at Auburn. He was a highly productive left tackle who profiles on the right side with his size (6’5″ 307), long arms (35 1/8″), and strength. Could Coleman have been who Carroll was hinting at when he talked about their confidence in the team’s medial evaluations this week?

If Coleman comes on board, he could lock down RT for years, then allowing Seattle to slide first round pick Ifedi inside to guard, where many scouts believe he’s best suited.

(There are reports today that Seattle is also enamored with Texas Tech tackle La’Raven Clark as well, and he would fit the same mold).

NICK MARTIN, C, Notre Dame

There’s been no buzz connecting the Seahawks to Martin, but this is a true center who looked like a 10 year starter at the Senior Bowl. Would immediately upgrade the pivot and be a leader of a young, rebuilding line.

TRAVIS FEENEY, OLB, Washington

My day 2 sleeper. Carroll has spent a lot of time with the UW prospects, and Feeney fills a need. He’s an outstanding athlete who can get after the passer but also cover (he’s a former safety).

Next: How Germain Ifedi fits with the Seahawks

The third round is higher than his common projection, but with those extra picks, I could see Seattle jumping all over Feeney as a candidate to eventually replace recently-departed Bruce Irvin at OLB.
