Did you ever catch someone listening to Kenny G’s “Miracles: The Holiday Album” in June? We all know people who do this. We might laugh at this person, but deep down, we can all understand. That is why the NFL draft is so important to us unwavering 12s. That, and it’s one more reason to don your jersey.

Where can 12s gather to watch the draft?

Well, I did some calling around and here’s what I found out:

If you’re down near CenturyLink, there are plenty of places. The Lodge Sports Grill (stadium location) will definitely be playing it, Quality Athletics will have it on and Sluggers will also have it on; all with volume. Fuel Sports Eats & Beats in Pioneer Square said they would have it on for the first few rounds with the sound on, then any time the Seahawks are picking. They’ll keep it on one of the TVs, but no volume. You could do a nice productive bar-hopping/draft watching party!

For Fremont, check out the Fremont Dock where they assured me they would be showing it with the volume. I went there once, it reminded me of a bar you might find in Kent. Since I’m from there, I loved it.

In Ballard, the Ballard Loft said they would have it on, probably with volume. This is depending on how many people are there to watch it. She also said that if enough people come out for it, they will dedicate a section to the draft viewers.

On Capitol Hill think about attending the 2017 Rein Haus Draft Day Party and Husky Draft Contest, presented by Rein Haus Seattle and FanWide. There will be giveaways throughout the evening, contests with very worthy prizes, as well as a raffle for stuff 12s would like. For details, check out this.

If you’re near Westlake Center, hop on the Monorail and take it to The Space Needle, then walk a couple blocks to Sport Restaurant and Bar (right across the street from KOMO Plaza) where they will have the draft on in the bar. Also, the restaurant portion has a TV at every booth, and you could easily watch it there. And should.
