NFL Divisional Smackdown

FanSided.com is bringing you an NFL version of Smackdown, pitting divisional all-star teams against each other. The NFC West squad was determined by your votes, collected from this blog as well as RaisingZona.com, NinerNoise.com, and RamblinFan.com.
Surprisingly, the team from the NFC West doesn’t look too bad. Featuring players like Larry Fitzgerald, Steven Jackson, Patrick Willis, and Lofa Tatupu, the NFC West can definitely compete with other divisions around the NFL.
Unfortunately, however, the NFC West is well known for subpar regular-season records and poor competition within the division. Biases from around the league will make it difficult for the division to compete, even if the individual players are just as impressive.
And even worse, the NFC West opens the first round of competition against the NFC East.
