Chris Clemons will be placed on the active roster. While this doesn’t mean he’s ready to play, it does mean that he wont need to be out until week 8, which was the alternative. The team had to choose between the active roster and the PUP, and that choice has been made according to an NFL.com report.
Brady Quinn has been cut, which should surprise no one. Jackson was clearly better throughout camp and the preseason.
TE Darren Fells was cut, as was DTs Sealver Siliga and Jaye Howard. Siliga being cut demonstrates how little value John Moffitt had when he was traded.
The big news was that FB Michael Robinson was cut yesterday. Word today is that FB Derrick Coleman has been told that he made the team.
