PICK NO. 132

Seantrel Henderson, OT, Miami

This would be a controversial pick for the Seahawks that would be a high-risk, high-reward scenario if Seattle elected to gamble on Henderson. Any team would be foolish to doubt his talent on the field, but it would also be foolish to overlook his many off-field problems and that could be a major turn-off to a number of teams, including the Seahawks. Combining his 6-foot-7 frame with his light feet and long arms makes him a nightmare for defensive coordinators and the Seahawks could use another lineman at this point in the draft. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Henderson was suspended at least three times from Miami and those might have been for marijuana usage and breaking other team rules. The Seahawks don’t have time for off-field distractions but if Henderson can prove in interviews that he is worth the gamble, Seattle might give him a chance.
