The Seahawks opened the 2013 season against the Panthers and narrowly beat Carolina, 12-7.
The reason?
A stingy Panthers defense shut down Marshawn Lynch and Carolina’s offense put their run game into full throttle, pummeling the Seahawks for 134 rushing yards.
The Panthers defense has turned into a machine that is one of the few in the league that can keep up with Seattle’s. The Seahawks came out of Bank of America Stadium with a win last year but they will have to play a lot better if they hope to do the same this season.
