The 2014 NFL Draft has come to a close, but that doesn’t mean the Seahawks aren’t still busy adding to their roster.
One of the biggest names signing with Seattle is former University of Washington standout Keith Price, who announced the signing on his personal Twitter account:
Price has some stiff competition ahead of him if he wants to make the Seahawks roster this summer.
The Seahawks already have Tarvaris Jackson, Terrelle Pryor and B.J. Daniels on the depth chart to backup Russell Wilson.
But as is the story with all undrafted free agents, there is always a chance to succeed. Just ask Doug Baldwin who went from being undrafted to being one of the shining stars on Seattle’s offense.
A number of other players have also reportedly signed, via a variety of different news outlets. The ones currently confirmed are listed below:
- LB Dion Bailey, USC
- OT Garry Gilliam, Penn State
- DT Andu Pulu, Eastern Washington
- LB Brock Coyle, Montana
- S Cam Hudson, Troy
- QB Zach Zulli, Shippensburg
- DE Jackson Jeffcoat, Texas
- WR Seantavius Jones, Valdosta State
- DT Demonte McAllister, Florida State
- TE Chase Dixon, Central Arkansas
As is the case every year, there is no guarantee that all, or any, of these players will make Seattle’s roster, but they have been given a chance by the best team in the NFL.
