Final Analysis

It’s really difficult to say the Seahawks got better overall on their offensive line, especially missing out on a couple of kids that were graded out far above Scott’s talent at the spot he was taken. However even though the draft experts’ grades failed Britt, I really like that Giacomini is out and either Bowie or Britt is in on the right side. That’s going to be a tremendous upgrade in my opinion by weeks four to six or so and with a long haul of straight games to end the season gives stability to the right side if either goes down with injury.

Jeanpierre was an important piece to keep for the overall cohesiveness of the line and if either Schilling or Scott exceed expectation and become consistent enough to backup, this final grade probably gets a slight bump.

Overall Offseason Acquisition Grade: B-
