Marshawn Lynch made his presence remarkably known although he was limited to one drive only. Starting with his first touch, he gained three yards. His next touch resulted in gaining six yards. Moving on to his third touch, it was a 7-yard touchdown run for Beast Mode.
Overall, he finished with three carries for 16 yards, and recorded a touchdown. Despite his holdout, Lynch seems to be ready for the season opener against the Green Bay Packers.
Quarterback Russell Wilson is continuing to be on fire.
In the first quarter, he scrambled for a 7-yard touchdown which was his third rushing touchdown of the preseason.
Later on, he continued racking up points for the Seahawks by tossing a 12-yard score to Jermaine Kearse, and then threw Christine Michael another 7-yard touchdown.
The Seahawks additionally drove down the field at the end of the half, leading to a field goal which made the Seahawks up by 31-0.
Wilson’s passing summed up in the first half for 13-17 for 174 yards, and two touchdowns. Furthermore, he totaled up four rushes that gained him 23 yards, and a touchdown.
He finished with completing 15 of 20 passes for 202 yards with no interceptions and was sacked once only. In terms of evaluating Wilson’s preseason overall performance, he has completed 30 of 39 passes for 360 yards. However, the most impressive thing about him is that he hasn’t committed any turnovers thus far.
If Wilson can hold on this level of play, then the Seahawks offense is going to explosive.
The same can be said about Lynch.
