5. Paul Richardson

The crazy thing about Richardson is that he was drafted just this past offseason specifically because of his offensive skill-set. The same attributes that Percy Harvin has.

Was selecting the speedy Colorado receiver a sign of things to come with Harvin?

Whether it was or not, Richardson will undoubtedly see more playing time now that he’s moved up the depth chart. I mean, he’s only “played” in four games (suiting up and playing are not the same in my book), having been targeted once by Wilson, a 7-yard completion.

Earlier in the week Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll said that he wanted to use Harvin’s speed more. Richardson has the same speed, a skill that he was specifically drafted for. He could fill in well in any gameplan that wants to use it.
