Offensive Line
Pro Bowl Center Max Unger was out again and his replacement, Stephen Schilling caused quite the rage session by Seahawks fans all over Twitter. The second-year center snapped the ball to Russell Wilson, yet the ball never got anywhere near him.
The play resulted in a fumble that the Panthers recovered at the Carolina 30-yard-line.
Seattle’s offensive line continues to be a major weakness thus far but did give Wilson more opportunities to make plays against the Panthers. Wilson was sacked just once and the Panthers d-line accounted for just three tackles for a loss. Hopefully Unger returns in time for a push at winning the NFC West when the Seahawks face the Cardinals and 49ers twice in the final few weeks of the regular season.
Grade: C- (Injuries just worsen what’s already the weakest unit on this team)
