The Seahawks proved us right for the first time this season as they defeated the Panthers in Carolina for the third consecutive season. That took a Russell Wilson fourth quarter 80-yard game winning drive to accomplish after both teams were held without a touchdown until the final minute of regulation.
Despite the win for the Seahawks they were unable to gain ground on NFC West frontrunners, the Arizona Cardinals who defeated the Eagles in a matchup of one-loss teams. With the 49ers on a Bye Week Seattle now sits tied for second and two games behind the Cardinals.
