4. They have experience playing against the NFC playoff teams.

Seattle has played four of the five other NFC playoff teams at least once this season.

They went 4-1 against those teams, beating the Cardinals twice and losing to the Cowboys earlier this year. The only team in the NFC playoffs they have not played this season are the Detroit Lions.

That being said, experience against these teams could be huge in preparations.
