Russell Wilson is a magician.
His scrambles to buy time are breathtaking. His touch and ability to put the ball right where it needs to be is breathtaking as well.
The throw to Doug Baldwin: WOW. The throw to Jermaine Kearse: WOW.
A lot of bitter San Francisco 49ers fans think that the Seahawks will start to decline once Marshawn Lynch decides to retire or leave the Seahawks.
I know one thing for certain: as long as Russell Wilson is under center for Seattle, they will not be going anywhere for a very, very long time. He finished top-30 in the NFL in rushing and is continuing to improve as a pocket passer with every passing game.
Even though Wilson was nothing short of incredible, the final two quarterbacks in front of him were just as impressive and were ultimately the primary reason why their team won.
Wilson played a huge part in the Seahawks’ victory, but he got lots of help from another stingy defensive effort from the Legion of Boom.
