Jaelen Strong can ball. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

He’s got the makings to be a fantastic wide receiver at the NFL level. He’s got great hands, deceptive downfield speed, and is a physical beast.

I’m going to continue hating on the Seattle Seahawks receivers, until I see something to praise them for. Doug Baldwin is destined to be a slot receiver, Jermaine Kearse is average at best, and don’t even think about making an argument for Chris Matthews, Paul Richardson or Kevin Norwood, who all did next to nothing this season.

If Marshawn Lynch decides to retire, Russell Wilson will need help from his receivers. Like, lots and lots of help.

Strong is a great place for the Seahawks to start. With his 6-3 frame, he’ll be able to high-point balls as well as block well. However, Strong may or may not last until the second round. Many draft experts don’t have him rated as a top-five receiver in the class which may drive his stock into the second round.

Keep an eye on his stock, he has the tools to be a special player.
