2. Jordan Cameron (Cleveland Browns)
Much like Julius Thomas, Jordan Cameron broke onto the scene in 2013, this time with the Browns.
The former basketball player amassed seven touchdowns and nearly 1,000 receiving yards while catching 80 passes despite sharing targets with Josh Gordon.
Cameron’s biggest weakness is his ability to remain on the field, having dealt with multiple concussions in his career. He missed six regular season games in 2014 while recovering from another one and the league could very well be scared off when it comes to giving out an expensive contract for those reasons.
A team will sign Cameron, and it very well could be for less than market value. The Seahawks are already reportedly looking into Cameron and if healthy, he would be a great fit for the Seahawks.
