2015 NFL Free Agents: Best Tight Ends Available for the Seahawks
By Paul Novak
Other notable tight ends
Lance Kendricks (St. Louis Rams)
A former second-round selection, Kendricks can still become more than a role player in a system that has a more reliable quarterback situation than the Rams have had.
Owen Daniels (Baltimore Ravens)
The Seahawks could sign Daniels to a one-year deal given his age and the wear and tear that has already been put on the nine year veteran. having made his name with the Houston Texans, his former teammate, Andre Johnson is also a free agent, making a reunion in Seattle a small possibility.
Tony Moeaki (Seattle Seahawks)
Moeaki only played in six games with the Seahawks in 2014 but made some big plays with his 16.8 yards-per-catch. Of all the options, Moeaki would be the cheapest by far and would allow the front office to retain a player that they are familiar with and disperse the added salary from the Zach Miller release to other areas of need.
