2015 NFL Free Agency: Winners and Losers

DeMarco Murray: Another solid player now on his old team’s rival. This time, however, it’s a division rival. This to me is insane. In 2014 the Cowboys made huge strides on offense. The difference was mostly Murray. Because of Murray’s incredible season, Tony Romo and Dez Bryant weren’t the only focus for an opposing defense. Everything changed because of this guy.

Maybe Dallas believes they can get Adrian Peterson. Maybe they have a plan that made Murray expendable. I wish I knew. It just seems nuts to let him walk away to join a division rival in Philadelphia. Time will tell. Good For Philadelphia: Yes Good For Murray: Yes Good For Dallas: No
