The Best Tight Ends in Seattle Seahawks History
By Paul Novak
Jerramy Stevens (2002-2006)
This is one of the cases where a local product of the University of Washington is drafted by the hometown team and expectations run high. For some time, Stevens lived up to the hype.
His time with Seattle resulted in 1,458 receiving yards on 130 catches. Stevens currently holds the tight end record with 15 touchdowns. A number that likely won’t hold for much longer.
Ultimately Stevens will be remembered more for his legal issues than his football career. After marrying U.S. soccer legend Hope Solo, the two have been in the news more for their domestic issues than their professional accomplishments.
