Seattle Seahawks Top Breakout Candidates

6: Christine Michael, RB

Every year Michael is on the Seahawks roster he could make this list, but this may be his best and last chance to make the kind of impression he needs to be considered as Marshawn Lynch’s eventual successor.

If not, his greatest value to the team could be as trade bait for a draft pick to a RB-needy team who sees his obvious physical gifts.  He got some touches last year and looked good in spots.  He will get more chances this year to prove he can be “the man.”

BEST-CASE SCENARIO:  He shines in training camp and improves in pass-protection enough to leapfrog Robert Turbin as primary backup and 3rd down back.
