Stefen Wisniewski (Center/Guard)

The former Oakland Raider was already in Seattle for a visit and left without signing with the Seahawks. It’s unclear where the team and Wisniewski stand but hope among the fanbase remains that he could be the teams starting center next season.

With Patrick Lewis filling in admirably at center when Max Unger was out, the Seahawks aren’t desperate to add a starter that will command a long-term deal for significant money.

Dan Connolly (Guard/Center)

Connolly is a lineman that the Seahawks covet because of his ability to play multiple positions on the line. While with the New England Patriots, Connolly played wherever the team asked. At 32-years old, the veteran would come at a bargain compared to Wisniewski and could likely be had on a one or two-year deal.

Michael Crabtree (Wide Receiver)

I’ll be sure to state that I do not want to see this happen, as I’m sure the majority of the 12’s out there would agree.

Crabtree is arguably the best remaining wideout in free agency and it remains a need that the Seahawks should improve upon prior to the start of the 2015 season.

He’s visited the Miami Dolphins and is rumored to be looking at a deal worth roughly $3.5-$4.5 per year with them. The Seahawks do have roughly $10 million remaining in salary cap space.

Now that’s not #1 wideout money by any means, and Crabtree shouldn’t be looking for such a deal. Aside from a brief stretch where he and San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick really clicked, Crabtree hasn’t shown the ability to be a team’s number one target.

The beauty of the Jimmy Graham acquisition is that his mere presence will make everyone around him better. This could allow Crabtree to finally live up to the hype surrounding his selection in the first round of the 2009 draft.
