MY TAKE:

Both rookie draft picks make the roster based on upside, youth and salary cap management, with Murphy edging out Dion Bailey based on his potential contributions to special teams. If Marcus Burley has a great camp he could force Smith to the practice squad. Jeremy Lane misses the season recuperating from the serious injuries suffered in Super Bowl XLIX. Weak in the slot?  Maybe.  Blackmon would be the primary guy to begin the season, and he would be the guy to go in the event Lane is ready to go at any time.
