1) Lambeau Field (GB)

One of the National Football League’s most revered, and oldest stadiums. Lambeau Field has been the home of the Green Bay Packers for more than five decades. It doesn’t seem possible that a stadium this intimate can hold nearly 80,000 fans, 13 NFL titles — including four Super Bowl trophies — and one of professional sports’ most unique game-day experiences. With the spacious new end zone additions, Lambeau Field became the third largest stadium in the NFL and made one of the louder buildings in the league even louder.

Over its 50 years of existence, Lambeau Field has been the site of many historical moments, including the “Ice Bowl” in December 1967, when the temperature was 13 degrees below zero. That’s where the name, “the Frozen Tundra” surfaced. Lambeau has been sold out every season since 1960, and the wait for season tickets is one of the longest in professional sports. There are nearly 80,000 “cheese heads” names on the list, which could amount to hundreds of years of waiting. If that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is. This venue is by far the toughest stop on the Seahawks schedule or for anyone in the league. The Seahawks have only won there once, and that was all the way back in 1999 when they beat the Packers 27-7. Seattle holds an overall record of 1-6 being outscored 222-138.
