Seattle Seahawks vs Denver Broncos: 5 takeaways from Seattle’s loss

Tyler Lockett is going to make a huge difference
It didn’t take long for rookie Tyler Lockett to get everyone to sit up and take notice of his skills. First it was a 46 yard punt return (that was called back). Later is was a 103 yard kick return for a touchdown. Both of those plays took place in the first half. After the break, Lockett took a seat and BJ Daniels handled the return duties. It was just a small glimpse of what Lockett will bring to the Seahawks, but it was enough. It was a bit disappointing that he wasn’t able to get involved in the offense. Much of that had to do with the inept offensive line play on the few snaps that Lockett was in there. His integration into the offense will take some time. Overall it was a great showing for the explosive playmaker.
