12s everywhere, rejoice. The 2015-2016 NFL season is upon us. The Seattle Seahawks start the season on the road in St. Louis against the Rams, a team they split the season series with last year.
Every Saturday of this year, I’ll be taking a look the Seahawks’ matchup from a numerical perspective: key statistics, players to watch and other important numbers.
This week, the Seattle Seahawks take on the St. Louis Rams in Missouri. Last year in St. Louis, the Rams used several trick plays to pull off a 28-26 upset. Of course, the Seahawks responded 10 weeks later with a commanding 20-6 victory.
But that’s last year. It’s a new season, and the Rams have a much improved squad. Time to take a look at Seahawks-Rams by the numbers.
