The Seattle Seahawks have been one of the more surprising teams thus far in 2015. Unfortunately, they have been surprisingly bad. Seattle was run over by the Rams on the opening weekend, and fell to the Green Bay Packers this past Sunday night.

By now, everyone is familiar with 11.3%. This is the percentage of teams since 1990 to reach the postseason after starting the year 0-2. That number actually shrinks to 4.4% in recent years, as just 2 of the 45 teams to start 0-2 have made the playoffs since 2009.

Those numbers are daunting, however they are also skewed. The vast majority of teams that start the year 0-2 are just plain bad. It is rare for a team as talented as the Hawks to be winless through the first two weeks. I there is reason for concern right now, but I will not hit the panic button unless Seattle loses this weekend against Jimmy Clausen and the Chicago Bears.

The Seahawks Stock Report is designed to highlight a few players that excelled this week, and a few that disappointed. Obviously, the end result was not what Seattle was hoping for on Sunday, however there were some noticeable improvements. We will begin the slideshow with the offensive line, who I believe took a big step forward.
