Give this group credit for sticking together and grinding away through adversity and massive criticism. There’s no question they were the league’s worst unit through the first four games, but have grown steadily since then. With Lynch ailing in Cincinnati they helped Rawls bust loose for over 160 yards against a solid defense. LG Justin Britt in particular has shown great improvement over the last few games. Overall the Seahawks are third in the league in rushing yards per game, and the pass protection looks like it’s coming around as well. The Hawks didn’t allow a single sack in Dallas (the first time that’s happened this year) even with LT Russell Okung out with an injury. Patrick Lewis has at times spelled Drew Nowak, giving the center position some stability.

There’s no question, the play of this group will determine just how far the Seahawks can go this season.
