Seattle Seahawks take care of the Browns

The Seattle Seahawks are the hottest team in the NFL and are gearing up for another Super Bowl run.

The Seahawks dominated the Cleveland Browns winning 30 – 13 and clinched a playoff spot.  It was an exciting day for the 12s as the Seahawks continued their winning ways.

On offense the Seahawks went for 423 total yards and continued to move the ball with ease.  Everyone is working together and making this a lot of fun to watch.

Russell Wilson continues to dominate opposing defenses every single week.  He threw for 249 yards and 3 touchdowns and also ran for 46 yards.  He is on another level and it doesn’t look like its stopping anytime soon.

Jermaine Kearse, Doug Baldwin, and Tyler Lockett combined for 210 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns on Sunday.  They are proving that they are far from pedestrian and they are making big time plays every single week.

Christine Michael had an excellent game and it was great to see him back in a Seahawks uniform.  He ran for 84 yards on 16 carries, and most importantly he held onto the ball.  If Michael can stay consistent then he will be a big factor down the stretch for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks’ defense did a great job on Sunday containing Johnny Manziel.  Besides the first drive the defense made life difficult for the Browns offense.

Kelcie McCray stepped up big for the defense with Kam Chancellor out for the game.  McCray had a great game leading the team with 8 total tackles.  His positive performance is great news for the Seahawks going forward.

Brandon Mebane and Ahtyba Rubin are both very underrated and had great games on Sunday.  What really stands out each week is the amount of hustle that these two big men play with.  They are a huge reason why the Seahawks defense consistently shuts down the run.

Michael Bennett has played excellent football all year and he continued his dominance against the Browns.  He is such a special player for the Seahawks, and on Sunday he pushed his sack total to 9.5 sacks; which is a career high.

Next: These Seattle Seahawks ARE a playoff team

This was a great overall team win for the Seahawks and this team keeps getting better each week.  They have overcome early season adversity, and have now won 5 games in a row.

The Seahawks are the most dangerous team in the NFL right now, and no team wants to face them in the playoffs.
