Seattle Seahawks Injury Report – Wild Card game SEA v MIN
The Seattle Seahawks injury report is out, and it is mostly good news for the Seahawks.
The Seattle Seahawks are near full health going into the wild card game against the Vikings this Sunday.
To Seahawks fans, there is nothing prettier than this week’s injury report. Only one player, TE Luke Willson, didn’t practice today. That’s it. Just one. It is a thing of beauty.
Willson, who is on concussion protocol, was limited in practice yesterday but was downgraded today. No explanation was given today, so we will have to wait to hear from head coach Pete Carroll on Friday to see what Willson’s status is heading into the weekend.
The return of Beastmode is something fans have been waiting for. Running back Marshawn Lynch returned after missing seven games due to an abdominal surgery. The team has maintained their run first philosophy and have continued to win games, however you can’t underestimate the power of Lynch’s return
Safety Kam Chancellor also returns to the field. He has missed the last few games with a pelvic injury. Kelcie McCray has filled in nicely for him, but we all know Kam puts the boom in the Legion of Boom. It will be good to have him back.
Fans panicked a bit when they read wide receiver Tyler Lockett’s listed with a hip injury. He only missed one practice and seems to be ready to go.
Here is the full report.
