THIRD ROUND, 90TH PICK OVERALL:

Seahawks took – C.J. Prosise, RB, Notre Dame

I took – Joe Dahl, G, Washington State

I knew this was early for Dahl, but I felt like we were on the verge of a run on Seahawk-centric offensive linemen . Indeed, Dahl didn’t go until the 5th round to Detroit. I saw him as one of the best pure pass-protectors in the draft, and a huge upgrade to what was the Seahawks biggest flaw last year, interior pass blocking. I wasn’t focused on running backs at this point because there were so many good ones left on the board.

Next: 3rd round, EVERYONE AGREES!!!
