SEVENTH ROUND, 223RD PICK OVERALL:

Seahawks took – Kenny Lawler, WR, California

I took – Scooby Wright, ILB, Arizona

Once considered a high-round draft prospect, Wright’s stock was affected by injury issues. I saw him as a incredibly tough MLB who had a chance to beat out Brock Coyle and back up Bobby Wagner. He ended up being one of about 113 players drafted by the Browns, in the 7th round.

Next: A deep threat for Russell Wilson
