Terry Poole, OL, San Diego State (4th round 2015, 2nd year)

Poole was one of two 4th round offensive linemen the Seahawks took last year, along with Mark Glowinski. And while Glow now appears poised to take over the starting left guard spot, Poole had a bad rookie camp, was cut, and ended up on the practice squad. He finished the season on the injured list.

But don’t look now….Poole dropped some weight, has worked hard, and drew positive reports in OTA’s. In fact at one point he was lining up with the starters at RT while J’Marcus Webb was nursing an injury. And it’s his versatility to play both guard and tackle that might give him a chance to redeem himself in 2016.

Stanger might just be right.
