Seahawks vs Vikings: 5 Takeaways from Seattle’s 18-11 loss

2. The pass blocking regressed
The Minnesota front seven is vastly superior to the group Kansas City fielded a week ago. They were able to show some weaknesses in Seattle’s offensive line that weren’t apparent before.
Most notably would be left tackle Bradley Sowell. Everson Griffin ate him alive over and over again. Gary Gilliam also struggled, though not at badly.
Any thought that the line was settled was clearly premature. There’s a good chance that we’ll see another round line shuffling before Tom Cable decides on his starters for Week 1.
On the positive side of things, the interior line remains a pleasant surprise. There were a few mistakes, and Britt screwed up at least one protection call against the blitz, but overall group looked serviceable.
