2. Linebackers: A-

Bobby Wagner and KJ Wright are two of the best linebackers in the NFL, and it showed. Seattle brought Wagner in on blitzes through the A gap, presumably to compensate for the lack of interior pass rush. These worked wonders, as Wagner ended the game with 6 tackles and 2 quarterback hits. Wagner looked like his old self after struggling this preseason, especially in coverage.

Wright got banged up early, but he returned and led the team with 11 tackles, as well as a sack, and a tackle for a loss. In coverage, he was incredible. At one point he ended up covering notorious speedster Kenny Stills. Wright matched Stills stride for stride.

Mike Morgan won the SAM linebacker job out of training camp. As a linebacker, he proved to be competent starter, but nothing more. However, he was great on special teams, delivering some big hits.
