Once again we delve into the realm of random thought’s I’ve had throughout this week about the game Sunday. These are just what it says….random thoughts. Not predictions (OK some predictions). Not analysis. Just things I think about during game week as we look ahead to the Seahawks welcoming the 49ers to CenturyLink Field.

The running back situation worries me. Anyone who follows me knows I’m not as big of a Christine Michael fan as many others, and now with Thomas Rawls out he’ll have to shoulder the load. Prove me wrong Christine…

We’re going to find out about CJ Prosise this week, aren’t we? Broken hand and all…

Tuck this one away….. I’ve been saying since pre-draft how much I like Alex Collins…

Key stat; the 49ers are allowing 120.5 yards rushing per game, 24th in the league…

With the current state of this offense, they need the defense to get some turnovers…

This will finally be the game the defense gets some turnovers…

Russell Wilson will be more mobile…. I hope that means more read-option plays…

More from Seattle Seahawks News

It’s beginning to feel like we can expect at least one sack from Frank Clark in each game…

I think the Seahawks offensive line will match up better this week, the 49ers are big up front but not as quick-twitch explosive as Miami and LA…

As bad as Seattle’s offense has been so far, they rank 25th in the NFL in yards per game. San Francisco is 27th…

With Baldwin and Lockett both banged up, this HAS to be the week Jimmy Graham is a bigger part of the offense right?

I wonder if Seahawks GM John Schneider has at least called Cleveland about LT Joe Thomas yet, just to kick the tires…

I really wish I was going to this game…

Next: Predicting Seahawks vs Rams by the numbers

This feels like a must win game. We do NOT want to see a 1-2 Hawks team travel back to New York to play a dangerous Jets team in a 10:00am PST start, do we?

We won’t. Seattle wins it 23-10.
