Eight Best Players on the 2017 Seahawks Roster
By Lee Vowell
7. Jimmy Graham, Tight End
I realize I just told you that Seahawks need an offensive line more than they need an elite tight end. That much is true. But individually Graham is better than Britt. In fact, as a human specimen Graham is a physical freak.
Graham had his best season in Seattle in 2016. This when he was not completely healthy as he was returning from his patellar tendon injury. Graham barely practiced in 2016. He played through the recovery of his injury and did so well.
A completely healthy Graham in 2017 could mean great things. This is especially true if receivers Paul Richardson and Tyler Lockett can stay healthy. The Seahawks could have four legitimate upper end targets for Wilson.
Plus, Graham will be in his contract year. He will want to prove his continuing importance to Seattle. Or show another team that he can be a top-three tight end in the league in 2018 and beyond.
