Seahawks: Five most intriguing games in 2017

Nothing going on with the Seahawks? Time to look at the five most intriguing games of 2017
As fans we’ve come to a little bit of a lull period here in mid-July. The draft has come and gone. OTA’s and mini camp have wrapped up. Training camp won’t start for another couple of weeks. So what are we supposed to do for the time being? Look ahead of course. So in the spirit of finding things to look forward to, I’ve decided to share the five games I find most intriguing on the 2017 Seahawks schedule.
5. Week 5 @ Los Angeles Rams
This one might not jump off the page to most folks, but I am very intrigued to see what the Seahawks do week 5 in Los Angeles. The Rams have given the Seahawks fits over the years despite Seattle having a far superior roster. Playing the Rams on the road has proven especially tough. The move back from St. Louis to Los Angeles didn’t remedy the situation, either.

The Seahawks haven’t beaten the Rams on the road since 2013. Even that game came right down to the wire. This game will provide a massive test. The Rams have young talent both on the field and on the sideline after hiring rookie head coach Sean McVay at the ripe age of 30. If the Seahawks want contend for a top seed in the NFC this is one of those games they need to figure out how to win. They can’t afford another ugly contest with the Rams where a fluke play could go a long way in deciding the outcome.
