Ranking and predicting the NFC West quarterbacks, Seahawks-style

The NFC West can be an odd division. The Seahawks talent helps make it one-sided.
Obviously there are four teams in the NFC West, home of the Seattle Seahawks. In 2017, though, there are only two teams that will make any kind of national impact, Seattle and the Arizona Cardinals. The NFL is all about what a team has at quarterback. And two of the NFC West teams are searching for quality at the position.
In fact, what does it say that Jared Goff of the Los Angeles Rams may be the third best quarterback in the division? Other divisions around the league are probably snickering at that prospect. One might even make the argument that if Trevone Boykin played in Los Angeles or San Francisco, he would be included on this list.
Here is a guess at who the best quarterbacks are in the NFC West. Plus, just for fun (and your ability to make fun of me once the season is over), predictions on how these QBs will do in 2017.
