Seahawks vs 49ers: Preview and live stream
By Lee Vowell
The Seattle Seahawks play their first home game of the 2017 season on Sunday. The San Francisco 49ers, Seattle’s opponent, is not very good. Surely, the Seahawks will get their first win of the season.
The Seahawks have more talent than the 49ers on nearly every unit. The problem is that Seattle’s offensive line once again seems terrible. This means nearly any professional team has the ability to defeat the Seahawks.
One thing to look for on Sunday is if the line can make any improvement from week one to week two. Seattle has the potential to reach the Super Bowl. But only if its offensive line can be somewhat close to average. With a good performance against the 49ers, the line will make 12s feel a bit more confident in Seattle making a deep playoff run.
With another performance as dreadful as week one, though, Seattle fans can rightfully begin to feel that the season will be a disappointing one.
On a more positive note, running back Thomas Rawls is expected to make his season debut for Seattle Sunday. So, there’s that.
